Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Formulation development according to customers and sales directions
• Advice/Assist application officer and technicians in formulation development
• Prepare laboratory batches or assist technicians in preparing needed samples for stability testing, efficacy testing, sales and customers
• Carry out raw material research projects according to sales or customers’ needs.
• Write RM research reports.
• Provide technical advice to sales and customers
• Understand function and use of RM
• Organize seminars, customers’ trainings
• Develop concepts for new innovations based on market trends

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in cosmetic product development
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Food Science / Technology / Biotechnology / or any related field.
• Ability to manage and prioritize projects
• High level of initiative and organized
• Strong technical knowledge in cosmetic formulation development
• Good communication and presentation skills: verbal and written.
